Our Nashville tea bar is truly unique to the city.  Some may prefer to call it a tea room or a tea house.  We chose the term tea bar because that is what we're truly all about -- serving up delicious and healthy tea. It is such a joy knowing that every day we guide at least one more resident of Nashville towards the art of drinking loose leaf tea.

One of the best features of this Nashville tea room is the nurturing environment.  All under the same roof you will find our tea bar where you can brew your own special cup of tea along with an aromatherapy shop full of wonderful soaps, candles and handmade body products.  A licensed massage therapist is on location as well as a beautiful yoga studio where yoga classes are going on six days a week.  It's not uncommon to find someone brewing a cup of tea in one hand with a yoga mat in the other.

During the day, you'll be greeted by Miss Bonnie, the tea lady.  Bonnie is available to answer all of your questions on loose leaf teas and herbal teas or to help you create your own unique blend at the tea bar.  There are over 40 loose leaf teas and herbal teas available along with tea infusers, tea pots, accessories, tea gifts and more.

Look for the monthly tea classes that are offered in the store where you will learn all about the different teas and experience tea tastings.  Private tea parties available by appointment.
Here you can blend a bit of this tea, a touch of that tea, a pinch of herbs, a pinch a stevia ---- whatever is takes to create your own tea that is just right for you and your taste.  An index card box is kept in the store where you may write down your tea blends and keep them on file for your next visit.

Everyone is enjoying our $10.93 tea card.  For $10 (then .93 cents tax) you have a card that gets you five cups of tea and a sixth one free.  The cards are right there in the store, easy to grab and mark off after brewing your cup of tea for the day.  At the end of each month, all used tea cards go into a drawing for a free $10.93 card.  The serious tea drinkers in the tea room have become quite competitive over who is going to win that free card!
When you walk into our Nashville store, you will find much more than loose leaf tea. There is a full line of essential oils, handmade soaps, natural lotions and creams, handmade body wash, aromatherapy diffusers, sugar scrubs, shea butter, essential oil blends, fragrant soy candles, aromatherapy soy candles, reed diffusers, gift sets and so much more.  There are gift sets dedicated completely to tea, gifts sets that mix the art of tea and aromatherapy together as well as customized gift sets available to fit your unique needs.
Down the main hall you will find the yoga studio where 3 instructors are available 6 days a week with yoga classes starting as early as 8:15 a.m. and as late as 7:00 p.m. (photo shows only 1/3 size of studio with plenty of room for up to 25 students)  Yoga supplies and clothing available inside the Tea Store.
